She gave great recommendations and went out of her way to have our tile delivered, as soon as possible, despite delays due to train issues. Our experience from beginning to end, was positive. A wonderful with Rachel assisting me in selecting tiles for 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. I scheduled an hour appointment directly online, was greeted by Rachel, my tile coordinator and I am so pleased with all of my selections. I had samples of the tiles to take home, had my contractor create an account for a discount and the order was placed 24 hrs after my visit. Highly recommend.
